Episode Nineteen Of A Pixelriffic Podcast

Some thoughs about pricing for event videographers, and further experiences with h.264. It's still not clear why my Internet surfing box had problems with the movie trailers. On further examination of the codec however, it may in fact be the best thing since sliced bread.

Update 11/04

A listener named Charles sent in a clip rendered in h.264, at a bit rate of well under 1Mbps! Only eight meg in size for about a two minute clip, but the quality is very impressive. Recent experimenting on my part shows just how amazingly scalable this codec is. I'll have an update on this in the next episode.
