Adobe issues a critical update for Premiere Pro. Seems turning on the media cache management could inadvertently delete all your media. Oops!
When Premiere CC was first introduced, there was a bug that affected multi camera timelines. I discovered this after spending many hours cutting a three hour video. None of it was useable. Adobe did finally issue a fix. By that time, I had switched back to Vegas Pro.
Full disclosure. I do have a CC account, but just for Lightroom and Photoshop at the moment. While the cost over time can add up, when you compare it to buying a standalone version, and using that for years to come. The supposed benefit is to have the latest and greatest at all times, and to be reliable and tested. I was considering adding Premiere, but this latest gaff ain’t winning me over.
